Ed McGee, founder and president of E. McGee Associates, has more than 15 years of industry experience in landscape design and installation as well as extensive knowledge in horticulture and hardscapes.

As a native, born and raised in Georgia, and with a bachelor's in landscape architecture from the University of Georgia, Ed has developed a science and understanding of the area's climate, terrain and plant life. His education and professional background have helped cultivate his expertise in the art of landscape design and architecture and to develop his profound understanding of Georgia's climate.

Prior to E. McGee Associates, Ed was a partner at Outdoor Edge, Inc. for 11 years. Even though he is president and lead designer on all projects, Ed still looks forward to working in the field each day and getting his hands dirty, where he translates a concept or design into a vibrant and living creation that is both functional and beautiful.

Ed currently resides in Lawrenceville with his wife and two children.
